Clicked on it, which opened up the inputs. So I went to a track, where it said 'HD Audio capture 1' under it.
So I was getting it all set up and everything, and it was all going smoothly, when I read in the manual for my M-Audio that it needs to be put in as a Mono track (in the input section in Reaper, under the specific track).
